By accessing and playing Cops & Robbers (the "Game"), using our website, or participating in our community, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and players.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Game, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet these requirements.

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited: • Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threatening behavior toward other players • Griefing (intentionally ruining the experience for other players in ways not consistent with legitimate gameplay) • Impersonating staff, moderators, or other players • Sharing, selling, or trading accounts • Any form of real-money trading (RMT) for in-game currency or items Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination at our discretion.

Any content you create, upload, or transmit through the Game or community platforms (including but not limited to usernames, messages, and screenshots) must comply with these terms. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

In-game currency, items, and progression are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. We do not guarantee the availability of any virtual goods, and they may be modified, revoked, or deleted at any time. Any in-game economy is simulated within the game world and does not represent real financial instruments.

We collect and process certain data to operate the Game, including Steam IDs, Discord IDs, in-game statistics, and usage information. This data is used solely for operating and improving the Game. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using the Game, you consent to this data collection as described in our privacy practices. We comply with applicable data protection laws.

The Game, including its content, features, code, and assets, is owned by PeakA Studioz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. The s&box engine is the property of Facepunch Studios; we are not affiliated with Facepunch Studios.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game or any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through our Discord community.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Game is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any loss of data, interruptions, or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeakA Studioz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game or these terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit related to these terms.
